Security.
Each owner shall share the cost of security on the property.
Security will be over a 24 hour period and will be contracted out to a
reputable security company. Each dwelling will be expected to have a
security button linked to the security company.
After daylight hours
there will be a roving security patrol within the property. The main
entrance along with the north and south gates to the estate will be
permanently manned by security staff connected to the security base by
radio, to each dwelling and to each other.
Gardens
The gardens will be maintained by the company and the cost shared
between the shareholders.
Initially Msitu Garden Centre has been contracted to plant
indigenous hardwood trees and tropical palms and shrubs.
Composting will be practised.
Water recycling and Solar energy will be encouraged.
Communications
A satellite will be installed and each dwelling will have access to the
internet.
Rubbish disposal
The company will arrange for rubbish disposal through a suitable tender.
Garbage separation methods will be practiced. i.e. plastic, glass,
metal, compost will be separated.
Online shopping and delivery
Presently being negotiated with a local supermarket and wine agency.
Future plans also include a small theatre restaurant/amphitheatre and a
centre for aromatherapy and medicinal/therapeutic massage.
